I will forever have a vivid memory of my mom around the house in her big, soft, red robe emblazoned in my mind. It wasn’t until my twenties that I discovered for myself the luxury of a robe, and that amazing feeling as you unwind and slip into something cozy at the end of the day.
Atlanta holds a special place in my heart as I spent my school summers and college years here. I have fond memories of hiking up Stone Mountain and watching the laser light shows, spending weekends at Lenox mall, going to the music and art festivals in Piedmont Park, and eating my way through delicious ethnic restaurants on Buford Highway. (If you’re in Atl, you have to try the roti canai at Penang and the black beans and rice at Havana!)
