Transition is definitely in the air. The tulips and pink cherry blossoms are slowly opening their eyes after a long winter’s nap, hinting that spring is finally amongst us. I can feel the anticipation and excitement building up to shed our heavy winter coats and bring out the fresh floral and lacy white looks we all adore.

I am loving the flirty, off-the-shoulder trend happening this spring, and there are infinite ways to style it. I personally am drooling over this perfect cashmere off-the-shoulder sweater. It’s softness and mix-and-match abilities make it a dream companion to travel with, especially with unpredictable spring weather.

Today I paired it with my favorite demin jeans and pumps, but I would also play around with it and try it with a patterned midi-skirt or a wide-leg pant. At this moment in time, I’m all about the elevated basics that are chic, transitional, and travel-friendly. Vince’s cashmere off-the-shoulder top ticks all my boxes!

My current wardrobe goal: investing in the classics. Every now and again I add a trendy piece I’m obsessing over to mix it up, but as I am building my wardrobe, I strongly lean towards classic lines and flattering fits that have stood the test of time. Can’t go wrong with the classics! What are your wardrobe goals this year?

Wishing you all a happy spring!
